On behalf of the PRO Board of Directors (BoD) and PRO at large I would like to take this opportunity to thank
Almighty God for reaching this stage.
Sincerely all of us have played a big role and this is real a remarkable and significant progress step of PRO as NGO.
In fact this new page of PRO means an increase of ownership by Members as well as the increase of the Board responsibilities
in overseeing its operation on behalf of members.
As Members of the Board we feel honored and humbly accepting this new Strategic Plan (SP) for the year 2021 to 2025
PRO Board will continue to provide guidance and directives to the Management Team (MT) to fulfill the objectives in
holistic manner in line with this the BoD has approved all items as stated in the Five years Strategic Plan in the
year 2021 – 2025 that contribute to the main objectives of PRO.
It is my sincere hope that this SP will be of a great potential to the Organization and all stakeholders.
